Asphalt Mixing Plant Rakitje

We have two state-of-the-art asphalt mixing plants in Sveta Nedelja, Ribička 1, which are equipped with the latest technology. The GRADIS Asphalt Mixing Plant, assembled in 1990, with the capacity of 150-160 tonnes per hour, and the Benninghoven Recycling Asphalt Mixing Base, assembled in 2013, with the capacity of 240 tonnes per hour, have the production capacity of 400 tonnes of asphalt mixtures per hour.
Both plants have certificates of occupancy and dry filters to protect the environment.

Within its scope of work, the Asphalt Mixing Base Rakitje performs the following services:

• Asphalt production
• Current maintenance and overhauls of the plant (machinist, electrician and mechanic works) for the production of asphalt, vehicles, machinery and other equipment.

ASPHALT INSTALLATION

We have five crews, fully equipped with all required machinery, logistics, expertise and, perhaps most importantly, faith that they will do their job professionally and within the required time.

LABORATORY MONITORING OF THE QUALITY OF THE PRODUCED AND INSTALLED ASPHALT

A fully computerized laboratory controlling the quality of input raw materials (bitumen and stone aggregate), monitoring factory production control, and certification of the asphalt plants so that the supporting documents can bear the CE label.

The laboratory also controls the quality of installed asphalt and the quality of produced asphalt.
